The 14 tonne hydraulic rear driven single drum roller pairs a mid-weight drum with hydrostatic drive to the rear wheels. Hydrostatic drive gives smooth starts and stops, which matters when compacting asphalt or a finished surface where a jerky machine leaves marks. Rear wheel drive also holds the machine on gradients that would defeat a drum-driven roller. Configuration is built to the specification supplied with the enquiry.
