Army Products covers protective and field equipment for armed forces, police and security organisations: uniforms and uniform accessories, service footwear, caps and headdress, body armour and ballistic vests, ballistic helmets, riot control armour and drill materials, ballistic overvests, bomb blankets, bomb detection instruments and disposal search tool kits, and canvas field and military tents. Everything in this range is protective, logistic or field equipment rather than armament.

Protection equipment is specified against a stated standard, not against a description. The difference between a soft vest rated for handgun rounds and a plate carrier rated for rifle rounds is a different product at a different weight and cost, and a riot suit designed to absorb blunt impact is not a ballistic product at all. We quote against the standard your procurement names, and we do not substitute a lower specification against a stated one.
