First to cut the slab of bamboo slab into a regular rectangular structure.Then to punch holes in the slab of bamboo slab after cutting,and the through-hole connect the end surface of the bamboo slab.
Heating the thermoplastic, and then it softened into a fluid.The fluidized thermoplastic wrapped around the outer surface of the bamboo slab.The fluidized thermoplastic flows into the through-hole of the bamboo plywood when packaging, and fills the through-hole.Then followed by the mold shape, cooling and curing, the finished product of composite bamboo plastic has been produced.
When the plastic layer is hot pressed, the thermoplastic can be pressed into the through hole of the bamboo plastic slab. After curing, the plastic and plastic layers in the bamboo slab through hole become an integral structure,This structure ensures that the bamboo board slab and plastic layer connection more closely, more stable, to ensure the composite bamboo plastic plate is not easy to crack, longer life.
The bamboo plywood with wear resistance of plastic board. The surface is smooth and flat.
The plastic board with the strength of bamboo plywood.The middle of the product using bamboo criss-cross pavement, protecting vertical and horizontal strength of the product and will not be easy to break or soft like plastic board.
It is lighter than the plastic board,and the density is about 1.2g/cm3
Anti-aging is good, to solve the shortcomings that the plastic board will be aging and the surface of bamboo board will be decayed.
Gluing property is good, and water absorption expansion rate is low.
