Automatic Meat Vacuum Packaging Machines
Quick answer: Rotary vacuum packaging machines take premade bags, fill them, evacuate the air in vacuum chambers and seal them in one continuous cycle, for nuts, pickles, cooked meat, bean curd and similar products. Choose by product type and whether liquid or brine is added, bag size range, and bags per minute.

The three models are tuned to different products. The Automatic Nuts Vacuum Packaging Machines unit handles dry, free-flowing pieces, often with vibration to settle product so the bag mouth stays clean for sealing. The Automatic Pickle Vacuum Packaging Machines are built for moist products such as preserved vegetables, pickled items and dried bean curd, and can add liquid. The Automatic Meat Vacuum Packaging Machines handle cooked or marinated meat with a cup or liquid filler and servo-driven vacuum unit.
Decide whether you need liquid dosing, since brine or sauce changes the vacuum cycle (liquid boils under deep vacuum and can contaminate the seal). Then match bag styles: stand-up, zipper, three- and four-side seal bags are listed. Finally consider whether the product will be heat-treated after packing; if so, bags and seals must withstand that process, and the machine should be set to seal through any product residue reliably.
Compare bags per minute, bag width and length range, number of vacuum chambers, achievable vacuum level and cycle time, fill weight range, liquid dosing range, power load, air consumption and footprint. Check the vacuum pump type and capacity, since it determines speed and final vacuum, and whether the pump is oil-lubricated or dry, which affects maintenance.
Ask for stainless steel on product-contact parts and wet areas, wash-down suitability for moist products, and seal integrity testing such as a leak test on filled bags. If packs will be pasteurised or retorted after sealing, confirm that the bag laminate and seal settings have been tested for that process. Buyers supplying retailers are often asked for a HACCP plan that covers seal checking, so ask how the machine detects and rejects poor seals.

Buyers are snack and dried nut processors, pickle and preserved vegetable makers, bean curd and soy product producers, cooked meat, braised duck and marinated product manufacturers, and ready-to-eat food factories selling ambient or chilled pouches. Most are moving from manual chamber vacuum sealers to automated output, and buy a single machine with a weigher or filler matched to their product. Contract packers serving several food brands also buy them to offer vacuum pouch packing as a service.
Pickles, marinated meat and products in brine are harder to vacuum pack than dry nuts, because liquid starts to boil when pressure drops and can splash onto the seal area. Machines handling these products use controlled vacuum levels and timing to remove air without drawing out liquid. Tell us the liquid content and temperature at packing, as warm products boil at higher pressure and need different settings.
The vacuum pump is the heart of the machine and the main maintenance item. Oil-lubricated pumps need regular oil changes and filter replacement, more often when packing moist or salty products whose vapour contaminates the oil. Fit the recommended filters, keep a spare set of oil and exhaust filters on site, and record pump service hours. A worn pump shows first as longer cycle times and softer packs.
Many vacuum-packed meats, bean curd and pickles are pasteurised or sterilised after sealing to extend shelf life. This puts stress on seals and laminate. Choose retort-grade or pasteurisation-grade bags, confirm the seal width and temperature for that material, and test sealed packs through your heat process during trials before full production. Check for seal creep, delamination and swelling after cooling.
It is possible with different dosing units, but cleaning between dry and wet products is time-consuming and settings differ. Producers with both usually dedicate a machine to each. Tell us your product mix and volumes so we can advise.
Premade stand-up, zipper, three-side and four-side seal bags and other laminated bags are listed. Bags must have consistent dimensions and a sealable inner layer. Send samples of your bags for testing.
Shelf life depends on the product, hygiene, any heat treatment and the barrier of the bag, not the machine alone. Vacuum packing removes oxygen, which slows many spoilage processes, but the shelf life must be established by your own testing.
Not for the machine itself, but many meat and ready-to-eat products are packed in chilled, hygienic rooms. Plan room temperature, floor drainage and wash-down access around your product's food safety requirements.
Send us the product, whether it contains liquid or brine and how much, fill weight per bag, bag type and dimensions with samples, bags per minute required, any heat treatment after packing, and your power and compressed air supply.
