Core Filled Snack Food Machine
A core filled snack food machine producing the pillow or tube snack with a cream, chocolate or savoury filling inside an extruded cereal shell, formed and filled in one continuous operation.
Core filling is a co-extrusion process: the shell is extruded as a tube while the filling is pumped into its centre, and the two are cut together so each piece is sealed at both ends. The balance between shell flow and filling pressure is the control point, because too much filling bursts the shell and too little leaves hollow pieces that a buyer will notice. Contact us with your shell recipe, filling type and output target and we will specify the line.
