Core Filling Production Line Machine covers co-extrusion equipment for filled snacks: the pillow, tube and cushion products with a cream, chocolate, cheese or savoury centre inside an extruded cereal shell. The shell is extruded as a continuous tube while the filling is pumped into its centre, and the two are cut together so each piece seals at both ends. The line covers extrusion, co-extrusion, cutting, drying or frying, seasoning and conveying to packing.
The control point is the balance between shell flow and filling pressure. Too much filling bursts the shell, too little leaves hollow pieces a buyer notices immediately, and because filling viscosity moves with temperature the pump has to be specified to the actual filling rather than in general. Fillings differ widely, so we ask for the recipe. Distributors and importers ordering in quantity are quoted on volume with consolidated container loading.
Filled snack lines are bought through tenders and funded enterprise programmes as well as commercially, particularly by industrial development corporations, SME and youth enterprise schemes, vocational training institutes and agro-industrial projects under development bank financing. We quote directly against the tender specification and provide what such bids require: itemised technical offers, make and origin declarations, warranty terms, priced spare parts lists, installation, commissioning and operator training scope, and pre-shipment inspection where stipulated.
Tell us your shell recipe, your filling type and viscosity and your target output, and we will specify the line and quote it.
