Multi Knife Slicer
The machine is designed to cut fish fillets, boneless meat, squid or other boneless product into pieces of pre-programmed thickness.
The minimum thickness of the cut piece is 4 mm. The cutting angle can be set at the factory in the range of 22-70 degrees.
The smoothness and accuracy of the cutting mechanism ensures high quality of the product.
Easy to maintain, easy to clean and easy to clean.

The maximum length of the product is 350 mm. Width 100 mm.
