Bugles Production Line Machine covers equipment for the cone and shaped fried snack made from a dried half-product pellet: mixers, extruders and forming dies, pellet cutters, drying tunnels, fryers or hot-air expansion units, oil spray systems and seasoning drums. The pellet is the part of this business that travels, since dried to a stable moisture it keeps for months and ships at a fraction of the volume of the expanded snack, which is why many producers make pellets centrally and fry close to the market.
That makes the pellet quality the whole job. Correct gelatinisation during extrusion and a controlled drying curve decide whether the pellet still expands properly months later, and a pellet dried too fast case-hardens and never will. We size extruder output against dryer capacity for exactly that reason. Shapes are die changes, so one line carries several products. Dealers buying in bulk are quoted on volume with mixed equipment consolidated for shipment.
These lines are procured through tenders and funded enterprise schemes as well as privately, by industrial development agencies, SME support programmes, technical training institutions and agro-processing projects financed by development banks. We quote against the specification as written and supply the bid attachments normally asked for: technical compliance statements, origin and warranty declarations, priced spares lists, commissioning and training scope, and inspection arrangements where the funder requires them.
Send us your intended shapes, recipes and target output, and we will configure the extruder, dryer and frying sections together.
