Fried Food Production Line Machine covers lines for nacho and tortilla chips, corn chips, pani puri and 2D and 3D pellet snacks: masa handling and dough mixers, sheeters and cutters, pre-baking ovens, continuous fryers with oil filtration, de-oiling centrifuges, oil spray and seasoning drums, and cooling conveyors. The pre-bake before the fryer is what keeps oil pickup down and gives the chip its bite, and shortening or skipping it is the usual reason a chip comes out greasy and limp.
Oil is the expensive consumable in any frying line, so oil management rather than fryer size usually decides whether the economics work. Continuous filtration, correct turnover and a de-oiling stage after the fryer recover oil that would otherwise leave in the bag, and over a year that recovery is normally the larger number. We size the fryer and the filtration together. Bulk buyers and distributors are quoted on volume with consolidated shipment.
Fried snack lines reach tendered and funded procurement through industrial development corporations, SME and enterprise support schemes, vocational and technical institutes, and agro-industrial projects financed by development banks and agricultural funds. We quote against the tender specification and provide the documentation such bids require, including itemised technical offers, origin and warranty declarations, priced spares lists, utility and oil consumption figures, commissioning scope and pre-shipment inspection where stipulated.
Tell us your product, your masa or dough source and your target output, and we will lay out the line and quote it.
