Soya Nugget Machine covers textured vegetable protein production: extruders that realign soya protein under heat, pressure and shear into a fibrous structure, cutters that set nugget, chunk, mince or granule format, and the dryers and coolers that take the product down to a shelf-stable moisture. Texture and rehydration behaviour are established in the extruder and cannot be corrected afterwards, which is why configuration is matched to the protein content of the incoming defatted flour rather than assumed.
The raw material is defatted soya flour, a by-product of oil extraction, which is what makes the finished product inexpensive per serving of protein. Demand runs in two separate directions, as a low-cost protein in price-sensitive markets and as a meat alternative in higher-income ones, and the same plant serves both. Formats are tooling changes rather than separate machines. Distributors buying in bulk are quoted on volume with mixed equipment consolidated into full container loads.
Textured protein plant features regularly in tendered and donor-funded procurement, because it is a cheap protein source for institutional feeding. Nutrition programmes, school feeding schemes, state food corporations, relief supply chains and agro-processing projects financed by development banks all buy it through formal bids. We quote against the specification and supply the usual bid attachments: technical compliance statements, origin and warranty declarations, priced spares lists, commissioning and training scope, and pre-shipment inspection where required.
Tell us your flour specification, the formats you want to produce and your target output, and we will configure the plant and quote it.
