Fortified Rice Production Line Machine covers equipment for producing fortified rice kernels: mixers that blend rice flour with a vitamin and mineral premix, extruders that cook and form the mix, cutters and shapers that give the kernel the dimensions of a natural rice grain, and the dryers and coolers that take it to storage moisture. The kernels are then blended into ordinary rice at a low ratio, typically well under one percent, so a normal rice supply chain carries the fortification.
This is a public health product and that sets the engineering requirement. The micronutrients have to survive extrusion, stay in the kernel through washing and cooking, and be present at the declared level in every blended batch, which is a matter of premix handling, dosing accuracy and extrusion conditions working together. Kernel appearance matters too, since consumers reject grains that look obviously different from the rice around them.
