Double Screw Extruder

The series twin-screw extruder is composed of feeding system, extrusion system, rotary cutting system, heating system, transmission system and control system.
The extruder feeding system, driving system and rotary cutting system all adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, with strong power and balanced operation.
Automatically lubricating and forced cooling to ensure the safe operation of the extruder.
For different raw materials, single-screw and twin-screw feeding systems are selected to ensure uniform, stable and reliable feeding.
The screw is processed by a special process, which is wear-resistant, anti-fatigue and has a long service life.
Different screw length-to-diameter ratio structures meet different process requirements.
Screws are composed of different modules, which can be freely combined according to different products and hold high.
