A double room vacuum packaging machine running vacuuming, sealing, printing and cooling automatically, used across the food, pharmaceutical, aquatic, chemical and electronic industries. It is applied to meat, seafood, saline items, fruit, tea, soy products, agricultural produce and vegetables, as well as precision parts and electronic and hardware products. Saline items are worth calling out: salt-bearing products attack an unprotected chamber and seal bar faster than anything else packed on this kind of equipment, and they are a common reason a vacuum machine fails early in a food plant. The two rooms alternate, so one is being loaded while the other is under vacuum. Sealing prevents oxidation and mould and protects against corrosion and moisture, holding product quality and freshness over extended storage.
