A filler working open-loop drifts as the product density changes with moisture and batch; one that weighs the pack and corrects the next fill holds the declared weight through a run. An out-of-tolerance alarm raises anything the correction cannot absorb, so an underweight pack is caught rather than shipped. The machine also handles material control and automatic material clearing, counting, and carries electronic overload protection.
