A corn sticks production line producing extruded corn stick snacks, covering extrusion, cutting to length, drying, oil spraying and seasoning.

Stick products are cut to length at the die face by a rotating knife, and the cut length is adjusted by knife speed rather than by changing the die, which makes it easy to vary the product. Seasoning follows oil application so the powder adheres properly. Contact us with your target output and flavour range for an equipment list and layout.

Uses a twin-screw extruder (preferred) for uniform expansion and texture control.
Adjustable temperature (120-180°C) and screw speed to optimize puffing.
Customizable die molds to produce different shapes (e.g., cylindrical, star-shaped sticks).
