A fish feed pellet production line covering the full route from raw material to finished pellet: grinding, mixing, conditioning, pelleting, cooling and bagging. The stages are sized together so the line runs at a steady rate rather than queueing at one machine.
Cooling matters more than it is often given credit for. Pellets leaving the die are hot and moist, and bagging them before they are cooled and dried causes mould in storage.
