The machine runs on compressed air and needs no electrical supply, which makes it energy efficient and simple to site in a wet processing area where electrical equipment needs more protection. Pneumatic operation is also straightforward and safe for the operator. A specially designed air combination unit keeps material out of the cylinder, which is the wear point on pneumatic filling equipment and the usual reason these machines lose accuracy over time. Construction is stainless steel, sanitary and easy to clean, and the unit comes with a frame for placing material that can be taken apart as required.
