Soya Nuggets Extruder

Pre-Processing Section
Grinder – Crushes soy material into fine powder (60–80 mesh).
Mixer – Blends soy flour with water, flavors, and additives.
Pre-Conditioner – Pre-moistens mix (20–30% water) for uniform extrusion.

Extruder (Core Unit)
Feeder – Screw/volumetric feeder for consistent input.
Twin-Screw Barrel – Multi-zone heating/cooling for cooking & texturization.
Die & Cutter – Shapes and cuts nuggets (adjustable size).

Post-Processing Section
