Pesticides Sprayers covers sprayers across power sources and scales: hand-operated and battery knapsack sprayers, motorised mist blowers, power sprayer and HTP sets with hose and lance, tractor-mounted boom sprayers for arable work, and orchard and air-assisted sprayers for tree crops. The sprayer is the point at which a crop protection programme either works or does not, because the product only performs if it reaches the target at the intended rate and coverage.
Nozzle selection is the most consequential and most overlooked part of the specification. Droplet size decides coverage, drift and whether the product reaches the underside of a leaf, and a nozzle chosen for a herbicide is wrong for a contact fungicide. Calibration against forward speed is the other half, and a sprayer delivered without calibration guidance is routinely run at the wrong rate for years. We supply nozzle sets and calibration data with the machine.
Sprayers are procured in very large lots through tenders and subsidy schemes, by agriculture ministries and plant protection departments, locust and pest emergency response programmes, public health vector control services, co-operatives and farmer producer organisations, and crop protection projects financed by development banks and agricultural agencies. We quote on volume against the specification and provide technical compliance tables, nozzle and flow data, chemical compatibility declarations, origin and warranty terms, priced spares and seal kits and pre-shipment inspection.
Tell us your crops, application rate and quantity, and we will specify the sprayers and quote them.
