Preparation System covers the equipment that gets ingredients ready before the main process stage: powder and liquid blending systems, dissolving and hydration vessels, high shear mixers, colloid and food mills that grind pastes and suspensions to a fine particle size, dosing and metering skids, inline mixers and syrup rooms. These are the stages where a recipe becomes a consistent, pumpable, processable material, and where the cost of a shortcut turns up later as variation in the finished product.
Colloid milling deserves particular attention, because it is what produces the smooth texture in peanut butter, tahini, sauces, chilli pastes, fruit preparations and emulsified products, and fineness is set by the gap rather than by the machine size. Heat generated in the grinding zone has to be managed on anything carrying fat or sugar, which is why cooled versions exist. Mixing, meanwhile, fails invisibly: a minor ingredient unevenly distributed can put a product outside its own label declaration.
Preparation equipment is normally procured as part of tendered plant packages, through food corporations, dairy and beverage projects, nutrition and fortification programmes, research and training institutions and processing projects under development bank financing. We quote item by item against the specification and provide technical compliance tables, material and hygiene declarations, utility figures, origin and warranty terms, priced spares lists and inspection arrangements.
Tell us your formulation, batch size, the smallest inclusion rate in the recipe and your target particle size, and we will specify the system.
