Rig selection follows from the pile schedule rather than from the machine. Required pile diameter and depth, together with the ground conditions, determine the torque and crowd force needed, and a rig chosen a class too small simply will not reach the depth in hard ground. The four classes here cover the common range of building and bridge foundation work. Contact us with your pile diameter, depth and a soil report and we will advise on the class required.
