Construction160HP Hydraulic Driven Crawler Bulldozer
We manufacture the Construction 160HP Swamp Dozers as part of our Construction Machinery and Equipments range, for single-unit and bulk supply. Key figures for this model include a rated capacity of 4, a 160 hp motor and a machine weight of 18500 kg. Full technical detail is set out in the specification below. Listed under Bulldozer. It is supplied as a single unit or in bulk container loads, built to the electrical supply of the destination and released with the export documentation the shipment needs to clear customs. Tell us the throughput you require and where it is going, and we will quote delivered with a lead time in writing.
A swamp dozer differs from a standard crawler in one respect that governs everything else: the tracks are much wider, so the machine's weight is spread over a far larger footprint and ground pressure falls sharply. That is what lets it work on paddy, peat, reclaimed land, tailings and soft river margins where a standard dozer would sink and have to be recovered. At 160 HP the machine has the power for genuine bulk work rather than light land forming. The trade-off is that wide tracks reduce manoeuvrability and wear faster on abrasive ground, so the track width should be matched to the actual bearing capacity of the site, not simply specified as wide as possible. We build these to the buyer's requirement. State the ground conditions and the ground pressure the contract allows, and the undercarriage, blade and cab are configured to suit.

The mechanical drive build of the 160 HP swamp dozer is specified where the work is heavy, the ground is soft and support is thin. On wide-track machines working soft ground, mechanical transmission has a practical advantage: there is less to go wrong far from a workshop, and what does go wrong can usually be put right on site. Wetland and reclamation contracts are almost always remote contracts. Wide tracks spread the machine's weight over a large footprint, keeping ground pressure low enough to operate on peat, paddy and soft fill. The correct track width depends on the bearing capacity of the ground you are working, which is why it is specified rather than fixed. Configuration is set at order against the buyer's own requirement, including tenders carrying their own technical annexure.

Rotary drilling excavators in 160, 200, 220 and 260 class sizes â rotary drilling rigs for bored pile foundations, drilling and casing shafts for cast-in-place concrete piles.
Rig selection follows from the pile schedule rather than from the machine. Required pile diameter and depth, together with the ground conditions, determine the torque and crowd force needed, and a rig chosen a class too small simply will not reach the depth in hard ground. The four classes here cover the common range of building and bridge foundation work. Contact us with your pile diameter, depth and a soil report and we will advise on the class required.
