Raw Material Preprocessing Equipment

Puffing Main Unit
Single/Twin-Screw Extruder:
Single-Screw: Suitable for simple puffed snacks (e.g., rice crackers), simpler structure.

Twin-Screw (more common): Handles high-fat, high-moisture formulations, precise temperature control, and complex shapes (e.g., spirals).
Heating System: Electric or steam heating (120-200°C).
Die & Cutter: Determines product shape (round, star-shaped, etc.), with adjustable cutting speed for length control.

Drying & Cooling Equipment
Multi-Layer Dryer (electric/gas): Reduces moisture post-puffing (to 5%-8%) to prevent softening.
Cooling Conveyor: Cools products to room temperature before packaging to avoid condensation.
