3~5 Tea Bags in an Envelope Single Chamber Tea Bag Machine
A single chamber tea bag machine that packs several bags into one envelope rather than one, with the count set between three and five to the customer's requirement. Production runs at 110 ± 5 teabags per minute. Multi-bag envelopes serve a different market from single-serve wrapping. Hotel, catering and food service buyers want a sealed unit holding enough for a pot or a room set rather than individual sachets, and the envelope length is variable at 100 by 130 mm to accommodate the count chosen. The machine handles non-viscid granule materials across several industries, not tea alone. Control is by PLC with a touch screen display. Teabags measure 62.5 by 50 mm with a 210 ± 2 mm thread and a 6 by 24 mm tag, at a 6 cm³ dosage. It runs 2 kW from AC 380V or 220V, needs air at 0.4 to 0.6 MPa consuming 65 litres per minute, and weighs 910 kg net.
