A multizone walk-through detector divides the archway into separate detection zones so the display shows roughly where on a person the metal sits. That is what separates it from a single-zone unit: the search that follows is directed rather than general, so the queue moves. Zone count, throughput and immunity to interference from nearby equipment are all specified at order, and we build against a tender's own annexure.
