Army Non-Linear Junction Detector
A non-linear junction detector finds electronic components whether or not they are switched on, by detecting the harmonic response that semiconductor junctions return to a transmitted signal. That is why it is used for sweeping rather than screening: a device that is dormant, hidden in furniture or built into a wall gives no other signature to find. Transmit power, frequency and discrimination are specified against the environment being swept, and we build to the requirement supplied.
