Automatic Double Chamber Tea Bag Packing Machine
A PLC-controlled double chamber tea bag machine running at 120 ± 10 bags per minute with a maximum dosage of 10 cm³ and a dosing accuracy of ± 5%. It produces cold-sealed double chamber filter bags measuring 45 by 60 mm, joins hard tag, thread and filter bag with a staple, and seals the outer envelope either cold or hot. The double chamber format is the reason for the machine. Two chambers give the leaf more room to move in the cup and a larger surface area for infusion, which is why premium tea brands specify it over a single chamber pillow bag despite the higher production cost. Finished bags are counted, grouped and packed into boxes automatically. The PLC coordinates the whole machine: heating part temperatures and output chute counting are both simple to set, and the machine alarms if the thread cuts or the packing material runs out. Batch quantity is counted with a straightforward reset to zero. Square marks on both envelope paper and tag paper are read to keep traction and fixed-length cutting accurate. It draws 10 kW total from a three phase 380V 50 Hz supply, weighs up to 4,250 kg, and carries short circuit, overload and creepage protection, a jog function and two emergency stops.
