Automatic Fish Skinning Machine
An automatic fish skinning machine removing skin from fillets and whole fish, using a toothed roller and blade to separate skin from flesh.
The blade setting determines how much flesh is left on the skin. Set too aggressively it removes saleable product with the skin; set too lightly it leaves skin behind and the fillet is rejected. That setting is adjustable and worth taking time over during commissioning, since the difference across a shift is significant in yield terms.
