A fish flesh separator machine recovering flesh from frames, trimmings and small fish, separating it from bone and skin.
This turns what would otherwise be waste into saleable product: recovered flesh goes into surimi, fish balls, cakes and paste products. For a processor already filleting at volume, the frames are already there and the recovery is close to pure margin. Separation fineness is set by the drum perforation size.
