Flavoring Line
A flavoring line applying oil and powder seasoning to fried or extruded snacks in a continuous flow, typically a spray section followed by a rotating drum that tumbles the product with dosed powder.
Dosing in proportion to product flow is the whole point of a line rather than hand seasoning. Seasoning is one of the more expensive ingredients in a snack, so over-dosing costs money on every bag while under-dosing costs you the customer. Proportional dosing keeps both in check and makes the flavour repeat from batch to batch. Drum angle and speed are adjusted to the product's fragility. Contact EMC Machines Manufactures with your line speed and flavour range and we will configure the line.
