A floating fish feed extruder machine for producing expanded aquatic feed. The machine cooks the formulation under heat and pressure and expands it at the die, giving a pellet light enough to float.
Floating feed is the standard for species such as tilapia and catfish that feed at the surface, and it allows feeding to be managed by observation rather than by weight alone.
