A floating fish feed processing machine producing expanded buoyant pellets from a prepared mix. The machine cooks and expands the formulation in a single pass, so the output is ready for drying and coating.
Cooking during processing does more than create flotation: it gelatinises the starch, which raises digestibility so that more of the feed converts to fish growth and less settles on the pond bottom as waste.
