A floating fish food plant supplied as a complete installation producing expanded buoyant feed from raw materials through to bagged product.
The plant covers grinding, mixing, conditioning, extrusion, drying, oil coating, cooling and bagging. The stages after the extruder determine whether the feed stores: pellets leave hot and wet, and feed bagged before it is properly dried and cooled will mould in storage, which is a total loss.
