Food Automatic Cashew Scooping Line
The automatic cashew scooping line separates kernel from shell after cutting, and is supplied as a complete assembly rather than a single machine. It handles 250 to 300 kg per hour and is built in stainless steel, with 3 kW of installed power on a 220V supply and an assembled weight of 5,500 kg. The line is made up of two vibratory screeners, a roller, the scooping machine itself and a blower with connecting pipework, together with the fittings and accessories needed to commission it. The screeners and blower matter as much as the scooper: they lift shell fragments and dust away from the kernel stream, which is what keeps the scooping stage from being re-fed with material it has already cleared. Because the line arrives as matched components, the footprint and the discharge height need to be agreed before manufacture. Send a layout of the space you have and we will confirm the arrangement.
