Food Automatic Frozen Block Meat Slicing Machine
This machine takes frozen meat in block form and flakes it at 800 kg per hour on a 5 HP drive. It is the first machine in a meat ball or fish ball production line, sitting ahead of the grinder, and it exists because frozen block cannot be fed directly into a grinder without damaging it. The drive runs through a gear reducer, which is what allows the machine to carry heavy loading rather than stalling on a hard block. Slice thickness is adjustable, so the flake size can be set for whatever comes next in the line. The whole machine is built in stainless steel and cleans down easily, which is a sanitary requirement rather than a convenience on a machine handling raw meat at the head of a line. It measures 1,500 by 800 by 1,500 mm, and is applied across meat, fish and vegetarian production lines.
