Food Cashew Kernel Grading Machine
Cashew kernel is priced by count grade, so grading is the stage that decides what a batch is worth. This machine sorts peeled kernel into seven grades, covering 180, 210, 240, 320, 400, 450 and broken, at an efficiency of up to 75%. It runs at 75 kg per hour on a 0.75 kW drive, weighs 120 kg and is built in alloy steel, with all contact parts made in food grade stainless steel 304 so the kernel only touches surfaces that are approved for food use. The machine is supplied with a one year warranty and free installation. At 75 kg per hour this is a machine for small and mid-size processors, or for a second grading pass on a larger line where the first pass is run for speed and the second for accuracy.
