Food Cashew Nut Boiler
Steaming is what makes a cashew shell brittle enough to cut without crushing the kernel inside it, and the boiler is where that happens. This cashew nut boiler is built around a 320 kg standard capacity, with the range extending from 80 kg up to 2,000 kg so the same design can be specified for a workshop or for a plant. The shell is formed from 10 mm plate, which is heavier than the minimum the duty requires and is the reason these vessels tend to stay in service for a long time under daily thermal cycling. Units are assembled and checked in-house before dispatch. Sizing is the decision that matters here. A boiler chosen to match average intake will bottleneck during peak season, so it is usually specified against your highest expected daily RCN volume rather than your average. Tell us both figures and we will recommend a capacity.
