Food Flour Packaging Machine
A flour packaging machine filling 5 to 5,000 grams into bottles, cans or bags. The whole of that range is covered on one machine: only the spiral fitting is changed, not the equipment, which is unusual across a thousandfold span of fill weight. The machine is supplied as three linked units, a bag sealing, filling and packaging machine, weighing equipment and finished product output equipment, and completes weighing, cutting, packaging, sealing, printing and spraying automatically. Packaging materials are composite belly, non-woven fabric, paper and plastic film, bonded at high temperature. Precision is high and performance stable, and an operator can run it after brief training. It runs at high speed with no special maintenance requirement. It is designed for flour specifically; other similar powders need minor modification before they can be packed on it.
