Food Granule Weighting and Packing Machine
A weighing and packing machine for granular products, using high precision electronic weighing under PLC control. It handles puffed chips, herbal medicine, grains, rice, pills, dried fruit, beans, nuts, salt, sugar, tea, seeds and hardware tools. Each scale is fed either by two vibrators or by a pneumatic gate. The dual vibratory feed is what gives the machine both speed and accuracy at once: a coarse feed fills most of the target weight quickly and a fine feed completes it slowly, which is how an electronic weigher hits a tight tolerance without running slowly throughout. There is no mechanical drive, so the machine runs quietly. Construction is entirely stainless steel, easy to clean and corrosion resistant. Bagging is done by hand, with a photoelectric sensor detecting the bag and triggering the blanking. Control is by PLC and the interface is straightforward to operate.
