Food Horizontal Flow Pillow Packaging Machine
A horizontal flow wrapper producing pillow packs automatically, built in stainless steel to meet sanitary management standards. Flow wrapping is the format behind most single-item packaging on a shelf: the product travels through the machine on a belt, film is formed around it, and the bag is sealed and cut in one continuous motion. Sealing temperature is held by vertical PID control. That matters more on a flow wrapper than on most packaging equipment, because film is sealed against a moving product and the window between an unsealed bag and a burnt one is narrow. PID holds the jaw temperature against the load rather than cycling around a setpoint, which is what keeps the seal consistent from the first pack of a run to the last. The machine takes a range of packaging materials, runs at high efficiency and is straightforward to maintain.
