Food Industrial Meat Grinder Machine
An industrial grinder for all types of meat, and also for beans, taro, cassava and animal feed. In a ball production line it follows the frozen block slicer: minced output goes on to patties, or is worked into a paste and formed into fish balls and meatballs. The machine offers four speed settings, and the grinding disc hole size is made to order, so the same unit can produce a coarse mince for patties or a fine one for paste. A clutch stops the machine immediately in an emergency. Construction is 304 stainless steel throughout. Two sizes are available depending on the output required, and a third variant is supplied with a filter tube that separates out tendon and fish bone to give a refined mince.
