Food Meat Tenderizer Machine
A meat tenderising machine that flattens and extends meat in the way a meat mallet does, but mechanically and to a consistent result. A tendon breaking variant pierces the meat instead, cutting through the membrane to soften the texture without flattening the cut. The two actions serve different products. Flattening suits schnitzel and escalope work where the finished piece needs an even thickness for cooking; piercing suits steaks and whole muscle cuts that need to stay their original shape while the connective tissue is broken down. Both are available in tabletop and vertical formats.
