Food Pillow Packing Wrapping Machine
A pillow wrapper handling food, hardware, daily necessities, medicines, toys, fruit and vegetables and stationery, completing measurement, bag making, filling, sealing, cutting and counting automatically. The machine is built to a modular design, and changing the measuring device converts it to a different product without changing the machine. Packing speed and bag length adjust steplessly within their range with no parts to swap, which is what makes a short production run viable: the changeover cost that normally rules out small batches largely disappears. Drive is by stepper motor, giving high precision, low noise and stable running. The embedded design holds heat balance well across different packaging materials, producing a clear seal line and a strong seal. Service life is long and no special maintenance regime is needed.
