Food Powder Filling Packing Machine
A powder filling machine for bottles, cans and bags, working in both constant volume and quantitative modes. It fills pesticides, veterinary medicine, premix, additives, milk powder, starch, spices, enzymes, feed, flour and seasoning. The two filling modes exist because powders divide into two groups. A product of stable density can be filled by volume, which is fast; one whose density shifts with moisture or batch has to be filled by weight to hold the declared quantity. Having both on one machine means a change of product does not mean a change of equipment. Control is by microcomputer with hybrid stepper motor drive, giving stable performance, high precision and low noise. The control system is built from a main control panel, sensor, electrical control panel, power supply, operating keyboard, optoelectronic switch and level control switch, with the control panel as the kernel.
