Food Preduster
A preduster applies starch and food additives to the product surface, and is the first stage of a coating line. Its job is to give the batter something to hold on to: applied directly to bare product, batter slides off, and the thin even starch layer laid down here is what makes the thickness battering stage work at all. The coating is applied fully and evenly across the surface, and the product is carried on a conveyor straight into the next stage. The machine is designed to pair with a thickness battering machine and a breading machine to form a complete coating line. Three mesh belt widths are offered. The 200 mm machine runs on 0.98 kW and measures 1,730 by 650 by 1,480 mm; the 400 mm and 600 mm machines both run on 2.9 kW, measuring 2,700 by 850 by 2,150 mm and 2,655 by 1,030 by 2,150 mm respectively.
