Results for “Food Showcase Freezer and Chiller and Cooler”

A food showcase freezer, chiller and cooler — a display cabinet presenting chilled or frozen food to customers at the correct holding temperature, for butchery, delicatessen, bakery and convenience retail counters.

Display and preservation are both the job here, which makes glass area, lighting and temperature stability all part of the specification. The common mistake is installing a cabinet rated for an air-conditioned shop into a hot open-fronted one, where it runs continuously, fails to hold temperature and wears out early. Climate class is the figure to check against your actual conditions. Contact us with your product, the ambient conditions at the counter and your display length for a recommendation.
