Food Single Room Vacuum Packaging Machine
A single chamber vacuum packaging machine that draws the air from inside the bag and seals it, or fills and then evacuates. The result is an oxygen barrier that keeps the product fresh and guards against moisture, corrosion, rust, insects and contamination, with inflation available to protect against crushing. Single chamber is the entry point into chamber vacuum packing. One chamber means the operator loads, runs the cycle and unloads before the next pack begins, so throughput is lower than a double chamber machine, but so is the cost and the footprint. For a producer packing in batches rather than continuously, it is usually the right specification. The chamber interior uses 304 stainless steel plate to international food standard, giving high strength and resistance to damage. The effect on shelf life and preservation period makes the product easier to store and transport.
