Food Small Vacuum Packaging Machine
A compact vacuum packaging machine that extracts air from the bag and seals it once a preset vacuum level is reached. The preset is the useful feature: the cycle ends on a measured vacuum rather than on a timer, so the result is the same whether the bag is full or half empty. The machine can also flush the pack with nitrogen or another gas mix before sealing. Gas flushing serves products that a hard vacuum would crush or deform, and it is how crisps, ground coffee and baked goods are packed to a long shelf life without being compressed into the bag. It is used mainly in the food industry, where vacuum packing gives the oxidation resistance that allows long-term storage. The small format suits a producer packing in batches rather than running a continuous line.
