Food Tomato Processing Plant Sauce Ketchup Paste
This is a complete tomato processing plant, built to take raw fruit through to finished concentrate, paste or ketchup within a single installation. It is laid out in five connected sections: reception, processing, juice extraction, evaporation and packaging. Each section is engineered as a unit in its own right, so the plant can be commissioned in stages and extended later without the earlier sections being rebuilt. Evaporation is the section that decides both product quality and running cost. Tomato is roughly 94% water, and how that water is removed governs the colour and flavour of the finished paste as much as it governs fuel consumption, which is why the evaporation stage is sized against the Brix you intend to reach rather than against raw intake alone. The plants are built for low maintenance and long running hours, and are in use with established food processing companies. They are designed and manufactured in-house and supplied on export terms. A plant enquiry is best started with your daily fresh tomato intake, the finished products you intend to sell and the Brix specification your buyers expect.
