Food Vacuum Filler
A vacuum filler running at up to 1,000 portions per minute with a portioning weight range from 1 gram to 99,999 grams and a filling pressure of 45 bar. It draws 6 kW, weighs 1,100 kg and measures 2,036 by 926 by 1,356 mm. Portioning accuracy comes from a modern servo drive rather than a mechanical cam, and product is moved by a large rotary vane conveyor system designed for gentle transport. That combination matters on emulsified and coarse products alike: a filler that handles product roughly breaks the structure built in the bowl cutter, and no later stage recovers it. The machine is designed to suit all filling applications, including operating clipping machines, hanging lines and attachments. A servo-twisting drive variant is available. Folding hoppers come in 100, 160, 250 and 350 litre sizes, with a lifting and tipping device for 120 and 200 litre standard lifting trucks. Operation is through a simple touch screen.
